Brandon Tryon Gym is owned and operated by TJ Barthman.  The gym opened on January 1st, 2007 and is the first franchised Tryon Gym.  TJ is a NESTA Certified Personal Trainer and has previously managed a Tryon Gym in Sioux Falls.  TJ is excited to bring the services of Tryon Gym to the growing community of Brandon, SD to offer Brandon residents a family-friendly atmosphere to achieve a healthier lifestyle.  Brandon Tryon Gym prides itself with "Top-Notch Customer Service" and offers members a safe place to workout 24 hours a day.

The Brandon Tryon Gym has a many Personal Trainers to help you get results you desire.  Your membership includes a free orientation by a Personal Trainer and a workout designed specifically to fit your needs.  Unlimited Tanning is also a service that we include in our memberships.

Tryon Gym History...

Lynn Tryon owned the very first Tryon Gym in Malta, Europe in 2001.  Lynn played professional basketball in Europe for 10 years prior to opening his own gym.  Lynn has joined his brother Todd in Sioux Falls in their efforts to continue growing the Tryon Gym business.  

Sioux Falls Tryon Gym was founded in November 2003 by Todd Tryon.  His vision was to create the first  24 hour gym in Sioux Falls, SD.  Today, Tryon Gym has three 24 hour access locations in Sioux Falls.
